The goal of the project was to create a modern and flexible LED environment for the Telewizja Polska sports studio, enabling the production of dynamic television programs and sports broadcasts. The system was designed to ensure high image quality, reliability during live broadcasts, and the ability to quickly reconfigure the set design.

The implementation included the supply and installation of nearly 50 m² of curved P1.5 LED screens, pillar-shaped screens with 90° joints, and a hanging, retractable screen with split-screen capabilities. We also provided LED controllers, a video wall processor, a media server, a graphics workstation, and complete power, signal, and control infrastructure, including rack cabinets and electrical distribution boards.

Zastosowane rozwiązania

We utilized panoramic SCEO P1.5 screens equipped with dual receiving cards and redundant power supplies. The control system is based on 28 Novastar controllers with low-latency mode, supporting over 19.5 million pixels. The setup is completed by a video processor with 4K and 3G-SDI signal support, a Christie Digital/Coolux Pandoras Box media server, and a dedicated graphics workstation.

The flexible design of the screens allows for quick adaptation of the set to the nature of the program or event being produced. The curved surfaces provide a cohesive and striking image, while the system's low latency ensures smooth operation during live broadcasts. Redundant power and transmission systems increase broadcast security, while the comprehensive technical infrastructure allows for the handling of multiple video sources and the execution of advanced television productions.
