The project aimed to design and implement comprehensive AV solutions and interactive multimedia installations that would increase visitor engagement, enable intuitive interaction with the presented content, and build a modern and attractive image of Poland during Expo 2020 Dubai.

The project involved the comprehensive development and implementation of audiovisual and multimedia solutions for the Polish Pavilion. We were responsible for the supply and installation of technical infrastructure, device integration, system configuration, and commissioning. The work also included the creation of dedicated interactive and large-format installations, as well as the coordination of all elements to ensure the reliable operation of the exhibition throughout the duration of the event.

Comprehensive AV solutions for the Polish Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, covering the entrance and queuing area, the exhibition, the observatory, the collaboration zone, conference and VIP rooms, and the technical facilities.

An interactive wall controlled touchlessly by visitor movement, presenting stories related to Poland, its culture, and science.

A large-format projection installation interpreting the Expo 2020 theme, "Connecting Minds, Creating the Future."

Internal and external SCEO® LED installations integrated with the pavilion's architecture.

Sound, projection, content display, video conferencing, and central AV control and signal distribution systems.

Integration of all AV systems with the pavilion's technical infrastructure.

Dedicated interactive solutions enabling visitor engagement and real-time content presentation.

Parametry techniczne

SCEO® LED Screen: approx. 270 m² of internal LED mesh, additional external installation, 7.5 mm pixel pitch, 800 nits brightness.

Large-format projection: 7 × Barco F90-4K13 with ultra-short-throw lenses.

Interactive wall: 2 × Barco F90-4K13, ultra-short-throw lenses, and dedicated sonic sensors.

Queuing area: 20 × 7” external monitors, 26 × touch monitors, 1 × 75” monitor, 10 × speakers, and 18 × AUDAC columns.

Observatory zone: 25 × built-in monitors in sizes ranging from 28 to 55”.

Conference room: NEC 554U projector, 440 × 275 cm projection screen, sound system, and microphones.

VIP room: 65” monitor and video conferencing system.

Outdoor stage: 15 m² SCEO® LED screen, sound system, microphones, effect lighting, and stage structure.

Technical facilities: media servers, players, control computers, network switches, DSP processors, audio amplifiers, and AV distribution and control systems.
