The project aimed to enhance the promotional and communication capabilities of the Janki shopping center while creating an additional revenue stream through the monetization of advertising space. The goal was to enable tenants, particularly retail stores and service providers, to display their own advertisements, offers, and messages directly within the mall. This objective was achieved by implementing digital communication media that allow for the dynamic broadcasting of tenant advertising and promotional content, while simultaneously enabling the shopping center to effectively manage and commercially utilize the available advertising space.

We completed a comprehensive project for the Janki Shopping Center, which included the supply, installation, and commissioning of modern LED screen systems. The project was carried out between late 2023 and early 2024. As part of the implementation, we installed: - an LED screen in the food court area measuring 8.32 m x 4.8 m, with an area of 39.94 m2 and a resolution of 2080 x 1200 px - an LED screen in the central passage measuring 11.84 m x 1.76 m, with an area of 20.84 m2 and a resolution of 2960 x 440 px, - an LED screen on the Ring rotunda measuring 64.64 m x 2.56 m, with an area of 165.48 m2 and a resolution of 16162 x 640 px. The scope of work covered full project management – from technical consulting and analysis of the investor's needs, through concept development and the selection of appropriate technological solutions, to installation, configuration, and system commissioning. The project was completed on schedule, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and work organization.
